Strategic Vision
LLUK is a UK based manufacturing facility producing textile based products for global luxury brands and manufacturing partners with a turnover of £2.3 Million (FY23/24) with a profit of £54,000**
We have a significant opportunity to expand our business by driving a values-driven approach in the ESG landscape, which is projected to generate revenue of £4 million with a net profit of £1.4 million in FY25/26, and with further business expansion, revenue of £10 million with a net profit of £3 million in FY27/28.
We are seeking investment which can be structured in two levels: an initial round of approximately
£1 million to stabilise operations, followed by the opportunity to invest an additional £5 million to drive growth via expansion into new service lines, establishment of a mill operation, and European expansion.
In return, we are offering an equity share and are seeking the right partner to join us in this growth journey.

Problems & Impact potential
The upcoming ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations represent a transformative challenge for the fashion and textiles sector, which is poised to reshape the industry’s landscape.
The depth of the impact will affect every level of the supply chain, from raw material sourcing to manufacturing, distribution, and retail.
All levels must navigate these changes with significant financial investments, global supply chain adjustments, and a commitment to ethical practices to avoid severe economic and social consequences.
Depth of Impact
The new ESG regulations impose strict requirements on environmental sustainability, ethical labour practices, and corporate transparency. These changes are severe for an industry historically criticised for its environmental footprint and labour practices. The shift to sustainable materials, reducing carbon emissions, and ensuring fair labour conditions are non-negotiable under these regulations. Non-compliance could result in hefty fines, legal actions, and severe reputational damage.
The impact is already beginning to show with investors divesting €70M from H&M and Inditex due to insufficient progress on sustainability.
The impact is global, affecting millions of workers and thousands of companies across the supply chain, of which the entire industry, employing over 430 million people worldwide will be affected.
Cost of Issue
The cost of compliance is substantial. Companies must invest in technologies, transparent supply chains, and fair labour practices.
If companies fail to adapt, the cost could be job losses, particularly in regions heavily dependent on textile manufacturing. Additionally, communities reliant on the textile manufacturing sector may face economic downturns as companies shift their operations to regions with better compliance or more favourable economic conditions.
**Cost of Issue Experienced by LLUK
Although businesses often claim commitments to ‘Respecting our Suppliers’ and ‘Business Integrity’ in their Responsible Business Practice Standards, these statements lack the backing of concrete commercial agreements and accountability mechanisms, a challenge LLUK has experienced firsthand over the past two years, resulting in substantial profit losses and unethical withdrawal of committed orders.
This situation highlights the necessity of upcoming regulations. With stronger contractual safeguards, such outcomes will be avoided, and financial disruption eliminated.
LLUK is positioned as a driving force in making the UK a leader in ethical manufacturing, building on the nation’s rich textile heritage and expertise.
We are not only setting the standards but also ensuring that every company we partner with upholds the same level of transparency and commitment to ethical practices. Through our leadership, we are making it obligatory for our partners to align with these values, guaranteeing a sustainable and responsible industry to secure and enhance the future of UK manufacturing.
LLUK’s meaningful value proposition, as the only standalone UK operation offering a comprehensive range of accreditations and solution services for the luxury market, makes re-shoring a viable option for companies to shift their operations.
What sets us apart from competitors is our ability to meet diverse client needs while delivering the coveted “Made in UK” appeal, which is—and will increasingly become—more valued by luxury brands and their consumers due to our compliance and favourable economic conditions.
Solution &
Value Proposition
Address Labour Shortages
As the UK workforce continues to age within the textile manufacturing sector, LLUK is leading the way in reshaping industry perceptions by offering viable career paths and investing in the next generation.
We are committed to fostering a positive culture and working environment, creating stable employment opportunities, and securing livelihoods for the future.
Frontline Operational Experience

Scale the Success

LLUK has a proven track record of establishing highly sought-after service lines, which have consistently generated over £1 million in annual revenue over the past three years. By offering value, quality, and scalability, LLUK is well-positioned to support the luxury sector as it navigates the significant challenges posed by upcoming ESG regulations.
The luxury sector is experiencing robust growth for products and a particular boom in client experiences. Driven by the requirement to conduct green business and an increasing willingness to pay for high-quality, ethically produced goods, companies are seeking manufacturing solutions that align with regulation.
LLUK will continue to build upon its existing client base within the luxury market across the four pillars of the business;
Skills Supply to Mills | Private Label (Direct to Brand) | Bespoke Projects (Experiences) | Repairs & Repurpose

Target Market & Customers
The luxury market is substantial, with a global value of over £350 billion and projected annual growth rates of 5-7%. Our primary clients are luxury brands and who cater to discerning consumers—typically affluent, environmentally conscious, and socially responsible individuals.
The consumers within these segments are increasingly demanding transparency, sustainability, and ethical practices in the products they purchase. As upcoming ESG regulations take effect, the demand for compliant, premium manufacturing services is set to rise significantly, positioning LLUK to capitalise on this shift by offering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of the luxury sector.
Revenue
Model
Our revenue model is based on the four pillars of the business as a multi-stream approach based on direct sale of manufacturing services and solutions to global luxury brands.
We employ a tiered pricing model based on volume, with higher margins for smaller, bespoke orders and competitive pricing for bulk orders. Depending on the solution we are providing, the financial model consists of a set hourly / day rate or a price per unit cost which covers manufacturing, skills supply, product development & design, dedicated production lines and bespoke projects.
Our revenue model is highly scalable, with opportunities to expand into new sectors and introduce additional product lines. We project revenue growth of 78%, reaching £4 million by end of FY26, driven by increasing demand for sustainable luxury products and our expanding customer base.
LLUK has demonstrated significant traction, having secured partnerships with 20+ leading luxury brands, resulting in upcoming recurring orders and a steady revenue stream. Additionally, we have grown our revenue by -13% YR2 (FY19/20 - Covid) / 28% YR3 (FY20/21 - Covid) / 155% YR4 / 18% YR5 / 27% YR6, reaching a total of £2.370 million in sales.
Our Proof of Concept was successfully validated through a skills supply pilot program with a mill producing product for leading luxury brands, where we tested our scaleable service line model. The pilot resulted in a 100% customer satisfaction rate and led to a contract for long-term supply lasting 6 years. These achievements confirm the viability of our business model and the demand for our solution based services, positioning us well for scaling and further market expansion.
Competitive Landscape
United Kingdom
UK mills tend to have a small internal finishing department; however, they are located in underpopulated areas where they face significant challenges in hiring enough skilled workers to meet the growing demand of their client base. As a result, these mills increasingly rely on LLUK for our solutions-based service lines.
The UK is also home to a network of garment manufacturers, but they typically cater to the lower end of the market, such as ASOS and various start-up brands with some offering limited options for luxury brands. These manufacturers operate relatively small-scale facilities, primarily based in London and Leicester. Leicester, in particular, has a tarnished reputation due to historical manufacturing scandals. Investigations have uncovered instances of unethical labour practices, including underpayment and poor working conditions, which have cast a shadow over the city’s manufacturing sector. This reputation poses a significant challenge for ethical compliance and brand trust in these operations.
Europe

Beyond the UK, Italy is considered a key competitor offering similar service lines to LLUK, with many manufacturers catering to the luxury market. However, these Italian manufacturers are increasingly being exposed for not adhering to ethical standards, making them ill-prepared for upcoming ESG regulations. This issue has garnered recent media attention, with reports of luxury brands selling products for thousands of pounds that were produced unethically for as little as 50 euros. These scandals have led to such products being withdrawn from the market, highlighting the critical need for transparent and ethical manufacturing practices.
Luxury brands promote their commitment to auditing manufacturing facilities in accordance with their codes of conduct. However, the transparency of these audits appears insufficient and lacks accountability, a situation that is expected to change. A client of LLUK has shared their ‘Toolkit’, revealing that they continue to work with known non-compliant Italian manufacturers under an improvement plan. This ongoing relationship may be due to a shortage of specialists in certain service lines, leading brands to overlook non-compliance issues. Additionally, this persistence may stem from a focus on low costs and poor purchasing practices, backed with an admission from the brand, which will be uncovered with governance regulations if improvements are not made.
